3D Printing
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three dimensional object layer-by-layer using a computer created design. 3D printing is an additive process whereby layers of material are built up to create a 3D part. 3D Print size is currently 256mm x 256mm x 256mm.
3D Scanning
3D scanning is the process of analyzing a real-world object or environment to collect data on its shape and possibly its appearance (e.g. color). The collected data can then be used to construct digital 3D models. Our 3D Scanners accuracy is .02mm.
3D Product Design
3D design is the process of using computer-modeling software to create an object within a three-dimensional space. We offer custom design services for any application.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse-engineering is the act of dismantling an object to see how it works. It is done primarily to analyze and gain knowledge about the way something works but often is used to duplicate or enhance the object. If you have a broken part we can help rebuild it with our inspection equipment.
Laser Engraving / Cutting
We offer Laser Engraving / Cutting services for Plastic, Metal, Acrylic, wood, and Leather. We can cut materials that are 11in x 20in in size and upwards of 1/2" thick.
